2 Cups water

Dash of cayenne
Fresh ginger root (or ginger powder if you do not have fresh; fresh is best though)
Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend and drink.
Daily, drink this Master Cleanse first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not use hot water, as it will destroy minerals and the healing powers of the antioxidants in the lemon and cayenne. (Room temperature or slightly warm water is best). Do not put in plastic bottles, as the lemon and cayenne will absorb the chemicals from the bottle.

You may drink as much as you like throughout the day instead of plain water.
